The Budget cuts have now led to the original Dovenby, Bridekirk and Tallentire bus services being withdrawn.

Except for school services, buses no longer run along the A594 Cockermouth to Maryport road.

Service 600 from Cockermouth to Carlisle still runs along the A595 Cockermouth to Carlisle road.

The only appropriate service listed on the above site for travel from the parish is service 600 running from Cockermouth to Carlisle.
