You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Parish Meeting of the Bridekirk Parish Council to be held on Thursday 14th May 2026 in Bridekirk Church at 7.15pm for the purpose of transacting the following business.

- Ref: PIP/2025/2025 Applicant: Mark Kingham, Proposal: Planning in Principal for max of 2 residential dwellings Location: Land adjacent to 10 Fernleigh Close, CA13 0NS Now under Appeal Reference 6008089- previously circulated via email and objections remain the same as when this was initially submitted 03/09/2025. Clerk has replied to the Planning Department as instructed
- Ref: HOU/2026/0064 Applicant: Maria Phillips Proposal: Installation of a floor standing external air source heat pump to side elevation. Location: 7 Highcroft Close, Tallentire, CA13 0NR Previously circulated via email and concerns raised that the siting of the heat pump due to the noise levels which are outside the guidelines and may impact on neighbouring properties. Clerk has notified the Planning Department as instructed.
- Ref: HOU/2026/0060 Applicant: Kamila Winterbottom; Proposal: Installation of an air source heat pump to front of property; Location: 1 Appleton Court, Bridekirk, CA13 0PE Previously circulated via email and concerns raised as the application fails to meet neighbour noise compliance levels as per MCS 020(A) Heat Pump Sound Calculator and the Clerk has passed these concerns to the Planning Department as instructed.
- Ref: LBC/2026/0012; Applicant: Joel Wells; Proposal: Listed building consent for removal of entrance porch and coal bunker at gable end, alterations to roof, replace cement render, replacement of 2 windows, replacement door and replacement fireplace with log burner. Location: Dale House, Tallentire, CA13 0PT – Previously circulated via email and no objections to this Proposal.
