4.4.2026 Suspension of Standing Orders for members of the public to speak.

• Tree Preservation Order (TPO) Applicant: Mrs S Tucker; Proposal; Reduction of mature sycamore trees to front of house. Location: 2 Orchard Lane, Tallentire. CA13 0NQ – previously circulated. No objections.
• Ref: LBC/2026/0023 Applicant: Mr & Mrs Stead Proposal: Listed building consent to rebuild storm damaged wall. Location Limetree House Dovenby, CA13 0PN. Approved to be reinstated in its original form.
• Ref: FUL/2025/0040 Applicant: MSport Proposal: siting of 15 luxury lodges for short stay . Approved
