You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Parish Meeting of the Bridekirk Parish Council to be held on Thursday 8th May in Bridekirk Church at 7.15pm  for the purpose of transacting the following business.

4.3.2025                Suspension of Standing Orders for members of the public to speak.

·         Notice of Approval: Works to Tree Preservation Order – 1 Priors Lodge, Tallentire, CA13 0PR – Granted with conditions as shown on Planning Portal

·         Ref: VAR/2025/0011 Applicant: Chris Scammell ; Proposal : Variation to condition 1 of approved application VAR/2024/0011 to amend house type on plot 2. Location: Land near Bonnyhill Farm, Bridekirk, Cockermouth

·         Ref: FUL/2025/0040 Applicant: M Sport; Proposal: siting of 15 luxury lodges for short stay overnight accommodation for conferences, corporate events and hospitality events at Dovenby Hall Estate, (change of use of land to provide overnight accommodation). 8.3.2025               Clerks report - To receive an update on activity and correspondence received in the period since the last meeting, not covered in agenda items.

 9.3.2025               To receive any reports on flooding issues across the Parish.

·         Works to Dovenby Green, update
