1.3.23 To receive apologies for absence. (Received from M Rollison)

2.3.23 To approve as a true record the minutes of the Council meeting held on Wednesday 8th
February 2023

3.3.23 Declarations of interest in items on the agenda.

4.3.23 Suspension of Standing Orders for members of the public to speak.

7.3.23 Planning applications received –

• Ref:WTPO/2023/0004; Applicant: Michael Zurke; Proposal: Yew tree (location marked witha red circle on the Plan). Remove due to falled over. N.B. Planning had been granted to previous owner, but had since lapsed. Cleared garden space to be used for planting of domestic trees and shrubs along the fence line. 3 young birch trees next to the Yew would also benefit from increased light levels. They had been planted in 2022. Location: The Corner House, Tallentire, Cockermouth, CA13 OPR Previously circulated via email and responses and agreed there was no alternative so No Objection.
• Ref: FUL/2023/0035; Applicant: R Gott; Proposal: Extension to dairy cattle housing building;  Location: Burton House, Tallentire, CA13 OPT . Circulated via email and agreed to object on grounds of the adverse impact in the village due to the proposed height which it out of proportion to the village and housing near the farm would be enclosed by buildings on an industrial scale.

8.3.23 Clerks report - To receive an update on activity and correspondence received in the period
since the last meeting, not covered in agenda items, and to share details of the forthcoming
elections and Coronation Celebration events across the Parish.

9.3.23 To receive any reports on flooding issues across the Parish.

10.3.23 To receive update on any Parish Maintenance. Including Defibrillators Tallentire, Dovenby and Bridekirk
Grass Cutting Contract

11.3. 23 To receive any update on M Sport.

12.3.23 To receive an update on Tallentire Wind Farm Benefit Fund – Circulated via email prior to
meeting.
