February at 7.30pm at Bridekirk Dovenby School for the purpose of transacting
the following business.
Clerk to the Parish Council
To receive apologies for absence.
To approve as a true record the minutes of the Council meeting held on 13th
Declarations of interest in items on the agenda.
Suspension of Standing Orders for members of the public to speak.
Accounts for payment and/or discussion
Reports from outside bodies
Planning applications received –
None at time of writing.
Clerks report - To receive an update on activity and correspondence
received in the period since the last meeting, not covered in agenda items.
To receive any reports on flooding issues in the Parish and activities/
update on Dovenby Beck flood prevention work
To receive update on any Parish Maintenance. To include bus shelter at
Dovenby, possible defibrillator for Dovenby and Grass cutting contract for 2019
To receive any update on M Sport.
Cumbria Community Foundation, receive information as available.
