2.10.18 To approve as a true record the minutes of the Council meeting held 8th November 2018
3.10.18 Declarations of interest in items on the agenda.
4.10 .18 Suspension of Standing Orders for members of the public to speak.
5.10.18 Accounts for payment and/or discussion
6.10.18 Reports from outside bodies
7.10.18 Planning applications received -
8.10.18 Clerks report - To receive an update on activity and correspondence received in the period since the last meeting.
9.10.18 To receive any reports on flooding issues in the Parish and activities / update on Dovenby Beck flood prevention work
10.10.18 To receive update on any Parish Maintenance.
11.10.18 To receive an update on the non-traveller occupation of layby and to discuss the proposal that this agenda item be closed as the matter appears to be resolved.
12.10.18 To receive any update on M Sport and to discuss the response to the E.I.A. received from Allerdale BC and previously circulated for comments.
