You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Parish Meeting of the Bridekirk Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 1st May in Bridekirk Church at 7.15pm  for the purpose of transacting the following business.

9.4.2024 To receive any reports on flooding issues across the Parish.

10.4.2024     To receive update on any Parish Maintenance inc:

• Review of proposed schedule provided by Mr Buckley
• Street Lighting in Dovenby

11.4.2024 Discuss the proposal to move day of the PC meeting to Thursday and possible reduction     in number of meeting annually.

12.04.2024 To note the date and time of the next meeting Wednesday  12th June 7.30pm - Bridekirk Church.
